If the Contract for services was concluded the sample of request is in supplement to Contract. Please, place the request form on company's letterhead paper or insert a logo in the request, fill in the required fields, sign it by the authorized persons and send it by e-mail vip@vip-pulkovo.ru or by fax +7 (812) 777-30-00.
If the Contract for services was not concluded, the services are rendered after the prepayment under the invoice. Please download the request form, place the request form on company's letterhead paper or insert a logo in the request, fill in the required fields, sign it by the authorized persons and send it by e-mail vip@vip-pulkovo.ru or by fax +7 (812) 777-30-00.
After receiving the request Planning Department will send you invoice at pre-payment services.

Please, give your attention to the following information:
The request for servicing is desirable to be applied the day or more before the time of passenger’s arrival/departure. If you place your request less than 24 hours before the arrival/departure, your will be charged with additional payment according to the price list for urgency. Your request can not be accepted if it is submitted less than 3 hours prior to the arrival/departure.
In case of cancellation of the request, please inform us in advance about this by e-mail vip@vip-pulkovo.ru, phone or fax +7(812) 777-30-00.
If the passenger applied for service, and then without warning (cancellation or postponement of the application) did not used VIP lounge services or refused services, this service is considered as rendered and is payable in full.
