«International» lounge serves passengers traveling by international air lines and their accompanying persons.
International VIP Lounge has its own infrastructure, check-in counter, passport (border) and customs controls.
In the International VIP Lounge you will enjoy service and hospitality before your flight with facilities including: a personal agent, services on baggage handling, deluxe departure lounge, excellent working and leisure facilities, «Duty Free», smoking area, own bar with alcoholic and soft drinks, tea, coffee and snacks, internet access and conference space, phone and fax, television and a wide range of newspapers and magazines.

Servicing in the VIP room "International" includes:
- Waiting room of enhanced comfort
- Individual passengers’ tickets and luggage check-in
- Individual preflight procedures passage
- Individual customs, passport and preflight control
- Packaging luggage on the customer request and VIP luggage servicing
- Passengers delivery to the aircraft during departure and from the aircraft during arrival by individual motor vehicles
- Providing information about weather conditions at the airports of departure and destination
- Drive in of the persons in service on the terminal ramp*
- Shopping opportunities in «Duty Free»
* Admission of motor vehicles on the terminal ramp may be restricted or completely closed by LOVD order, as well as during the lettered flights servicing; "Pulkovo VIP International" LLC is not responsible for limiting the entry of vehicles on the terminal ramp at Pulkovo airport
