LLC «Pulkovo VIP International» was founded in 2009. The company has a certificate of conformity issued by the Federal Agency of Air Transport of the Russian Federation on the servicing of passengers and luggage at the domestic and international air services at the airport «Pulkovo».

Personnel task is creation of comfortable conditions of stay of the passenger in the airport based on qualitative VIP services from the moment of arrival to air terminal before its individual support aboard the aircraft.
